These terms cover the axtell.dev website and the texts we send from our business number. The site is run by Axtell Digital LLC, doing business as Axtell.dev, in Chico, California.

Using this site

This site tells you about Axtell.dev and lets you leave your email address so we can get in touch. Please only leave an email address that is your own. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell you anything, and the price and details of any work we do for you are agreed with you separately.

The websites we build for restaurants have their own terms. If you order from one of them, that restaurant's terms and privacy policy apply to your order, and these terms do not.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.

Texting

Our business number is (530) 999-5660, the number on our business cards. This section covers the texts we send from it.

What we text about

• Replying to you when you have contacted us about our services.
• Helping clients with their websites and online ordering.
• Setting up calls, setup visits and training, and reminding you about them.
• Telling clients about their service, for example when there is an outage and when it has been fixed.
• Sending a quote or a document you asked us for.

We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not asked for them.

How you agree to texts. We only text you if you have texted us first, asked us to text you, or given us your number so that we can text you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping the texts. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (530) 999-5660 or email support@axtell.dev.

Your number. We never sell your mobile number, and we never share your number or your agreement to receive texts with third parties for their marketing. Quo, the phone service that carries our texts, handles your number so the texts can be delivered. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will put the new version on this page and change the effective date.
